About St Oswald's

  • Church At St Oswald's we are here for Christ, Community and Creation - seeking to bring the local community together, in worship and prayer while looking to always positively contribute to the environment in Croxley Green and around the world.

  • St Oswald's is one of two Anglican churches in Croxley Green; our church building is fairly modern, being built in the late 1930s, and a fully equipped hall (see “Hall Hire” page) was added in 1960. A brief history of how our church came to be built, and its development, can be found by clicking here or on the History tab on the right.

  • Many people have come here over the years and found a real and living faith in Jesus Christ; we endeavour to help our members to grow in their faith and to share it with friends and neighbours.

  • There are also many social events and groups and opportunities to get to know other people within the community of all ages. Click on the Clubs and Groups and What's On sections to find out more.

  • St Oswald's is in the diocese of St Alban - you can visit the diocesan web site here.

  • There is more information about our church elsewhere on this site and we hope that some will be what you are looking for. To help you find further details, there are links on the right to other sections which we hope you will find helpful. Just click on the item that interests you  -  it will take you to the relevant page. Or you can enter your query in the Search box to be found at the top right hand corner of each page.
